About the Kcoa

The Kern County Officials Association (KCOA) is accredited by the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) to provide sports officials for 22 high schools in greater Bakersfield and the surrounding communities.
The KCOA is made up of nearly 300 men and women from various walks of life. Their commitment makes it possible for thousands of student -athletes to enjoy a fun and character-developing part of their high school experience.
